About Module

The module that covers day-to-day product purchases with the help of contract and invoice screens. The user can enter purchase contract details that lead to invoices which in return forms the purchase invoice. Furthermore, multiple reports help analyze purchase details.

Purchase Contract

Purchase contract management will provide the functionality to record the orders placed by parties for each type, brand and quantity of yarn with proper management of delivery dates.
The system will keep track whether the purchase contract is delivered completely, partially or cancelled. The functionality to either include the sales tax or exclude the sales tax in an order is provided to the user.
All the data entered by the user will be made available in an easy-to-understand tabular on-screen report, with different filters to view the data as per the need. Each purchase contract can be printed or downloaded as a pdf by the user.

Purchase Invoice

Purchase Invoice module helps with generating invoices against the purchase contracts added into the system. The system is equipped with the functionality to handle complete and partial purchase invoices too, allowing the user to bill only the quantity which is yet being billed.
The system will classify purchase invoices as completed (amount received) or pending (amount not received) statuses. The purchase invoice entries will affect the accounts receivables of respective parties and can be balanced once the receipt voucher is added for the purchase invoice.

Commission Agent

This module will help to manage, add and track the commission agents. The entities can be added from a predefined screen, including all the relevant details for each entity. The system will generate accounts for each entity added into the system, against these accounts the user can generate purchase orders, purchase invoices, and vouchers. All these individual transactions will be populating the ledgers of these entities subsequently.

Seller Management

This module will help to manage, add and track the sellers. The entities can be added from a predefined screen, including all the relevant details for each entity. The system will generate accounts for each entity added into the system, against these accounts the user can generate purchase orders, purchase invoices, and vouchers. All these individual transactions will be populating the ledgers of these entities subsequently.
