About Module

The module that covers day-to-day product purchases with the help of contract and invoice screens. The user can enter purchase contract details that lead to invoices which in return forms the purchase invoice. Furthermore, multiple reports help analyze purchase details.

  • Purchase contract management will provide the functionality to record the orders placed by parties for each type, brand and quantity of yarn with proper management of delivery dates.
  • The system will keep track whether the purchase contract is delivered completely, partially or cancelled. The functionality to either include the sales tax or exclude the sales tax in an order is provided to the user.
  • All the data entered by the user will be made available in an easy-to-understand tabular on-screen report, with different filters to view the data as per the need. Each purchase contract can be printed or downloaded as a pdf by the user.
