About Module

Inventory management module keeps the record of all the products available in the system. Customizable product record keeping according to user needs. The complex inventory reports assists in analyzing and managing the available products in the inventory.

Inventory Management

The inventory section will provide the functionality of managing the inventory items in an efficient, calculated, and automatic way.
The system provides the user with the option to define different yarn types and further categorize them based on the composition and add different brands to bifurcate the stock and help track the product in a more organized way.
The inventory is valuated using the weighted average cost method, after every sale or purchase the stock value for each individual yarn type and the stock is revaluated and updated.

Commission Agent

This module will help to manage, add and track the commission agents. The entities can be added from a predefined screen, including all the relevant details for each entity. The system will generate accounts for each entity added into the system, against these accounts the user can generate purchase orders, purchase invoices, and vouchers. All these individual transactions will be populating the ledgers of these entities subsequently.
