Dashboard
Inventory dashboard view will give you all information in an interactive way so you can consume this information easily and understand it through diagrams.
Information offered in Inventory Dashboard is:

Available Units
Sold Units
Reserved Units (units reserved by our sales team of affiliate)
Deal Reserved Units (units involved in a deal you sold to an affiliate)
Graphical status of your units by:

Counting
Showing status with units
Project based units status

Project as Owner
These are the projects you own, you buy land for this project. You give deals to external parties, affiliates of your company.

Project as Affiliate
This type of project is not our ownership. You bought a deal in which you pay an advance amount of units you reserved for yourself.

Sections
A project of any type further divided into sections. A section is a block of project. At this point we decide how much advance payment needed and how much time is allowed for installments payment.

Units
Unit is the smallest unit of real estate inventory. A unit can be a plot, a house or an apartment.

Adding Unit Through CSV

Units can be added through CSV according to given format which can be download from Unit Screen.

Availability Report

Detailed information of units of all projects along with their status ,whether it is sold or available or reserved and whom has reserved it to give an overview of all units availability and token detail.

Deals
There are two types of Deals in the real estate business scenario.

Deal Bought

Deals which are bought from other projects

Deal Sold

Multiple Units can be sold from own project and other projects as a Deal

Land And Seller
There is an option of add a land to project and land seller detail . Land Seller can be individual person or a company.There are two payment plans while adding land
