The Human Resource Management System was designed and developed for easier management of the employees through out the company. Its each individual component plays a vital role in building up the ease to perform daily tasks of attendances, generating payslips and managing employees.

Dashboard
Dashboard contains all the significant and meaningful data in form of graphs and figures. The overview section displays the employees present, absent and total employees. The graphs section helps in understanding the attendance with better visual experience. Each department gives birth to a bar that in returns shows the total absent and total present employees. Hence making it easier to understand and analyze. The pie chart shows the total percentage of employees in each department.
