Leads Management

The process of capturing leads, tracking their activities and behavior, qualifying them, giving them constant attention to make them sales-ready, and then passing them on to the sales team.User can Add , Edit , track and close Lead.
Users can add tasks to lead.
Users can add arrange meetings.
Users can add schedule calls.
Users can edit lead, token to lead and close lead with status of Won or Lost.

Teams and Team Members

Users can Add team and add members to that specific team in hierarchy .Team owners manage certain settings for the team. He changes team settings, and handles administrative tasks.All team members contribute to their group in order to complete tasks and to meet goals.

hierarchy allows Team members on different levels to identify the chain of command , and commission distribution in hierarchy manner.

Availability Report

Detailed information of units of all projects along with their status ,whether it is sold or available or reserved. Users can reserve and unreserve any plot.

PayRoll
This type of project is not our ownership. You bought a deal in which you pay an advance amount of units you reserved for yourself.

Assignment of salaries to all employees along with allowances.
Advances and loans are two separate screens that individually manage advances and loans of the employee. The loan screen has fields that help the user to add loans along with their repay period and amount.
Generate month wise payslips of all employees
There is an option of edit payslip along with their allowances and deductions.
