About Module

The Asset Management module provides capabilities to add asset and sell of assets and preventive maintenance activities, and monitor asset costs and depreciation. Extended capabilities provide full support for warehouse and inventory management business operations, allows the organization to keep track of all their assets.

Dashboard
Dashboard contains all the significant and meaningful data in form of graphs and figures. The overview section displays the sold assets, assets value, depreciation value and maintenance. The pie chart helps in understanding the percentage of sold , available and in maintenance of assets with better visual experience.Categories based assets are also shown in table . Hence making it easier to understand and analyze.

Add Assets
In this screen users can add an asset detail with or without depreciation.User can sell an asset from the sell tab after adding seller.

PayRoll
This type of project is not our ownership. You bought a deal in which you pay an advance amount of units you reserved for yourself.

Assignment of salaries to all employees along with allowances.
Advances and loans are two separate screens that individually manage advances and loans of the employee. The loan screen has fields that help the user to add loans along with their repay period and amount.
Generate month wise payslips of all employees
There is an option of edit payslip along with their allowances and deductions.

Sections
A project of any type further divided into sections. A section is a block of project. At this point we decide how much advance payment needed and how much time is allowed for installments payment.

Units
Unit is the smallest unit of real estate inventory. A unit can be a plot, a house or an apartment.

Adding Unit Through CSV

Units can be added through CSV according to given format which can be download from Unit Screen.

Availability Report

Detailed information of units of all projects along with their status ,whether it is sold or available or reserved and whom has reserved it to give an overview of all units availability and token detail.

There are two types of Deals in the real estate business scenario.

Deals which are bought from other projects

Deal Sold

Multiple Units can be sold from own project and other projects as a Deal
